Triton's customer service is primarily contract assistance for FIDIC contracts including but not limited to: identifying critical points and risks, including ways to counteract and managing them, assisting the customer in contractual claims, evaluating and preparing variation orders, reviewing work programs, making documentation for the payment of works, drafting reports on the status and evolution of projects.
Upon customer request, project management is ensured including cost optimization, recovery of recorded delays and risk minimization of the project. Continuous evaluation of contract implementation and adoption of optimal programming and resource allocation options add value to the customer.
